Dynamics 365 F&O Performance Tester
We’re looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Performance Tester to join an exciting D365 F&O implementation project.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both performance testing and the D365 F&O application landscape, and can help ensure the solution performs reliably under
real-world business volumes and workloads.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance, load, stress and endurance testing for D365 F&O.
- Design realistic workloads based on concurrent users, transaction volumes and business processes.
- Performance test key D365 F&O processes including Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing and Warehouse Management.
- Test D365 F&O batch jobs and high-volume transactional processes.
- Perform performance testing of D365 F&O integrations, APIs and external systems.
- Analyse response times, throughput, resource utilisation and bottlenecks.
- Support root-cause analysis and performance optimisation with technical teams.
- Execute performance regression testing following fixes and customisations
- Prepare performance test reports and provide go-live performance readiness recommendations
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of performance testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Experience with performance/load testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad or
similar
- Experience designing workload models and concurrent-user scenarios
- Experience testing APIs/integrations under load
- Good understanding of D365 F&O architecture, batch processing and business processes
- Experience with LCS and/or Azure-based environments
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Nice to Have:
- D365 F&O implementation project experience.
- Experience with manufacturing, supply chain or warehouse management.
- Experience with large-volume data and transaction testing.
- Azure Monitor / Application Insights experience
- SQL/database performance analysis experience.
ISTQB Performance Testing or equivalent certification.
