Senior Product/Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Scrum team and client stakeholders to prioritize, plan, and release working product increments
  • Develop detailed product requirements that define the user capabilities, specific functional specifications, data and analytics and additional details that show how the user stories are to be satisfied
  • Educate others on areas of expertise
  • Acts as the primary interface between the scrum team and the client stakeholders
  • Keep stakeholders involved by gathering input and communicating progress
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of product backlog items for the Scrum team by creating clear and thoughtful documentation
  • Contribute to the success of the Scrum team by being an active participant in all Scrum ceremonies
  • Perform the role of a Business Analyst and a product owner in a Scrum based software development project
  • Proactively identify issues and potential solutions amongst stakeholders to remove roadblocks and accomplish project objectives
  • Inspect completed work against requirements, customer needs, and business needs
  • Regularly reviewing the priority of the Backlog to ensure the priority is correct and checking Sprint planning reflects the priority

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position or similar job activities
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager / Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good knowledge in JIRA and confluence
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • PMP, CSM, CSPO or other project management certifications
