Project Manager

Responsibilities

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA.
Proactively identify project risks and dependencies and come up with mitigation plans.
Develop project plans and release schedules.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to solve problems.
Communicate project status to all stakeholders, including management team members.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality and process requirements.
Prepare status reports gathering, analyzing and summarizing project related information.
Facilitate project meetings, including status updates, planning meetings and retrospectives meetings.
Adhere to change management processes to ensure that all parties are informed of the impact to budgets and schedules.
Obtain customer acceptance for project deliverables.
Continuously monitor project progress and make necessary adjust accordingly.
Manage and motivate project team members.
Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project.
Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced project managers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management or related field.
Minimum 3 - 4 years’ experience in a similar position.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent leadership and team management skills..
Strong communication and presentation skills
Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in tools such as MS Office, MS Project, JIRA, etc
Good knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
PMP, CSM or other project management certifications are a plus.
