Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and status updates.
  • Track milestones and project progress against the plan.
  • Communicate updates to stakeholders, team members, and clients.
  • Help document meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain clear and organized project documentation
  • Assign tasks and follow up on completion.
  • Prepare and share regular status reports and dashboards.
  • Identify risks or bottlenecks and escalate as needed.
  • Participate in project reviews and audits.
  • Help ensure project deliverables meet quality expectations
  • Maintain project plans and documents using tools like MS Project, Excel, JIRA, Clickup, or other PM software

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in a project management capacity.
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in development or QA roles with a passion for project management are also encouraged to apply
  • Good leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in tools such as MS Office, MS Project, JIRA, Clickup, etc
  • Good knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
